Job Position: Support Engineer
Job Location: Israel
The support Engineer will be required to:
Provide Tech-oriented support to internal clients, including customized creative solutions.
Being a knowledge source for internal clients in the various offices of the company (Sales, Account Management).
Special development projects per clients.
Liaise between R&D (Technical knowledge base) and client-facing departments.
Manage the product knowledge base.
require a wide understanding of the MediaMind architecture and business, the ability to work independently most of the time and high availability in case of urgent cases.
3 + years of experience in web development/QA/support – a Must
Knowledge of Internet technologies:
High level Java Script
High level Flash (AS2/3 programming) - Advantage
ASP/.NET... and other server side scripting languages - Advantage
SQL knowledge – a Must
Solution-oriented and creative thinking
Excellent English – a Must
Good people skills and teamwork abilities – a Must
Project Management abilities & experience – an advantage.
