Job Position: Software Team Leader (server)
Job Location: Israel
MediaMind’s IL Office is seeking a Software Team Leader to be a part of a new established team and be responsible for the design and development of a new innovative and challenging project.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Leading the development of modules/features in all technological aspects such as finding the best technological solution, suggest the suitable architecture and design.
Supporting the software’s deployment in MediaMind’s data centers on the globe.
Writing high-level, and low-level design documents.
Developing, testing and debugging of complicated problems with high attention on performance.
Requirements
•Education - Bsc. In computer science or related field.
•Expert in server side technologies, C++/C#/java,OO programming, Multi- threading.
•TCP / UDP and SQL Server – an advantage
•At least 3 years of experience with server applications, development in windows and familiarity with the internet environments.
•Technological expert, ability to understand, research, design and implement complex systems
•Problem solver, creative thinker, resourceful, flexible
•Independent, self-learner
•Tech driven approach and ability to explore and learn new technologies
•Very high abilities of managing and motivating people
•Project management skills.
