Client Service Coordinators are fanatical about customer service. They work proactively to ensure their accounts run smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary liaison between DG and our customers, managing the day-to-day activities required to ensure successful fulfillment of all client needs and that they end the day satisfied with our performance.
  • Demonstrate and train our customers on DG systems and applications either in person or over the web.
  • Create and maintain living client profile and SOP documents that instruct the team on how to handle an account even in your absence.  Present this documentation both internally and to the customer.
  • Work with our order processing team and broadcast production team to interpret the requirements of client orders and complete all jobs to meet their instruction.
  • “Start-of-day” and “end-of-day” duties to guarantee that orders are complete and deliveries are on time, and fixing the problem when the unexpected occurs.
  • Handle billing, invoice and asset storage inquiries, and work with the correct internal departments to respond to the client with a thorough and timely answer.
  • Administrative responsibility for setting up accounts, completing CSI – Customer Service Improvement – reports, supplying customers with cost estimates, and report requests.
  • Be a customer advocate and subject matter expert.  Work with Sales and Product Management to identify and recommend additional DG products and services for a specific client, or a segment of the market.

Job Description

The Support Engineer is an experienced front-end web/flash developer with excellent troubleshooting abilities, mastering in fixing other’s bugs, working in cooperation with other support agents and in-market teams to ensure the timely response to clients and the successful operation of MediaMind online advertising campaigns.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, the Support Engineer should be to date with all recent web technologies and techniques, including Flash, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax and more to be able to resolve conflict between MediaMind ads and the range of websites.

The Support Engineer also supports the media agencies, publishers and creative agencies with general support actions such as account/user management, platform issues and reporting.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Troubleshooting simple to complex conflict between MediaMind ads and the websites
  • Troubleshooting simple to complex Flash assets and creative execution
  • Working in shift in coordination with other team members
  • Supporting Search campaigns
  • Coordinating with the in-market Client Service teams
  • Providing timely and helpful responses to users queries
  • Take an active role in building and maintaining the support knowledge base and manuals
  • Feed the product and training teams with feedback regarding product usability and training needs which can be identified from the nature of the support cases the shift is handling

 

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript or Flash development
  • B.SC from a leading university
  • Service orientation
  • Knowledge of Internet technologies:

    • HTML, CSS
    • Browsers

The Creative Service Specialist will deal directly with creative agency clients; the role will be involved in the implementation of campaign media plans, QA’ing ads and submitting to publishers.   • Act as the main point of contact for a group of dedicated clients and manage their media campaigns from initial booking to final reporting.
  • Communicate with clients and sales team on campaign statuses as well as scope and timeline changes in order to set proper client expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance against client’s objectives, making optimization recommendations as necessary.
