What do we need?                 
MediaMind is seeking a career-minded Account and Reporting Manager to join our West Coast Client Services team.
Key responsibilities:

  • Work with Service and Sales Team to ensure client satisfaction for advertisers, agencies and publishers.
  • Manage the accounting and reporting needs of the West Coast Sales & Client Services team. 
  • Ensure proper invoicing and billing. Address billing issues. Act as a specialist to help MediaMind constantly improve its billing tools and processes.
  • Respond to agency clients’ accounting and reporting inquiries.
  • Maintain strong communication with agency clients and internal team members to keep everyone informed of accounting issues until resolved.
  • Manage campaign ad serving budgets by providing regular reports and spend levels to the Director of Client Services and RVP of Sales.
  • Work with Sales to gather campaign billing details and new client credit applications to submit to the DG Finance team prior to a campaign launch.
  • Liaise with DG’s billing department and MediaMind’s Client Services team to improve accounting and reporting tools and processes.
  • Analyze and reconcile invoice discrepancies with both DG’s Finance team and external agency clients.
  • Demonstrate an advanced level of understanding of our reporting platform.
  • Be an expert on all data and reporting metrics.
  • Work with custom reports team to help define client requests and custom reporting needs.
  • Manage custom reporting projects; keep everyone informed of requirements and status through completion of the project.
  • Be a team player and showing openness to being asked to participate in projects or tasks that may be outside daily responsibilities.

Education:       

  • BA/BS degree (minimum requirement); BA/BS degree within analytical field preferred.

Experience:             

  • Experience and/or training in client services, online advertising preferable.
  • An understanding of interactive media, the advertising industry, and knowledge of emerging technologies.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative  

Skills:                       

  • Analytical and detail oriented with expert knowledge of Excel.
  • Highly motivated, self-learner, and proactive.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid operating environment.
  • Experience and/or training in client services, online advertising preferable.
  • An understanding of interactive media, the advertising industry, and knowledge of emerging technologies.
